Good afternoon.
	I was originally asked to produce a presentation for other web masters to highlight how I developed the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's boat ramp pages, and to discuss some of the features that I used.  Later I was told that I may be speaking to an audience that included more boating administrators and fewer computer geeks.
	So if you don't mind before, I start out would those of you that are interested in the details behind the web design raise your hands.   I assume the rest of you are more interested in an overview of what, when, where and why then.
